Booking Policy:
A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit goes toward your final service total, preferred cash . No appointment is held without deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will forfeit the $25 deposit. No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service.
Refund Policy (Services):
Due to the nature of services, no refunds will be issued once a service is performed. If there is a concern, contact us within 48 hours, and we will address it accordingly.
Refund Policy (Products):
Products may be returned within 7 days if unopened and unused. Proof of purchase is required. Digital items, hair bundles, wigs, or hygiene-sensitive products are final sale.
